What is GorillaSpace?

GorillaSpace is an online platform that enables SMEs and startups to find work space and work-related spaces easily. We offer something different. We make the search, the visit and the lease agreement easy, simple and efficient. With GorillaSpace you can allow yourself to build and work without distractions and worry.

What types of spaces can I find?

GorillaSpace is a network of hundreds of workspaces. We verify all the work spaces and work closely with our space owners. We offer a range of workspaces from coworking, serviced offices, surplus space and long term space to cater to every stage of your business growth.

We also offer a wide choice of meeting rooms, training and workshop spaces as well as event spaces, that are ideal for meeting with clients, team presentations and company off-sites.

How do I create an account with GorillaSpace?

You can sign up (for free!) on our website. Click the “Sign Up” button on the top right.

 

How do I favourite a listing?

When you like a space, simply click on the red “heart” in the search results or “Favourite this listing” on the listing page.

When you favourite a listing, you will be prompted to give the listing a name. You can create multiple favourite lists. You can organise your favourites in different lists.

How does the map work?

Each pin represents a unique space in your selected city. As you choose filters, only the corresponding pins will appear on the map. This is another way to choose spaces close to you.

How to book a visit?

Enter the date and time you would like to visit the space. The space owner will accept or decline the request, or suggest an alternative time for visit. Visits are usually done between 9am and 5pm during a working day. If you need a specific time, please send us an email at support@gorillaspace.co.

How to choose a space?

With so many spaces to choose from in your city, browsing through them one by one can be daunting. To help you find exactly what you need, we’ve created filters. Search according to type of space, location, square feet, etc.

How to make a reservation?

For meeting rooms, training & workshops and event spaces:

Click to “request for a quote”. Enter the information. Check your info page to get a quote and availability within a business day. For listings with real-time availability, simply click to book a visit or reserve the space.

 

For coworking spaces:
Some coworking spaces offer a day pass. Simply select a day and pay for the day pass.

 

For coworking spaces, serviced offices and surplus spaces:
For permanent desk and private office options, you will need to book a visit to view the space, before signing a contract.

How to use filters?

Click on “Space” and explore what Singapore has to offer.
In the search bar, you can enter a space type or street name or even a preferred building.

Need something more specific for your workspace?
Click on “More filters” to reveal more price, amenities and even according to what you will be using the space for.

Why do I have to include company name when booking a visit?

The space wants to prepare for your visit by getting to know you a little bit more. We want your space to be you.

How do we help you?

From getting your space ready for 360 panorama shoots to writing your listing description or choosing an asking price – we’ve got tools and resources for you.

What’s in a listing?

You’ll fill out a description, take and upload photos and include your price. Your listing helps businesses get a sense of what the space is like.

Who can book?

If you offer free day pass or a one-day booking for your workspace, users can book a seat and work at your space for the day. You set your availability and listing price on your listing.

As the space owner, you control the request for visit and booking of your work space or office space. You are connected with the space user directly.
